Something that's kind of fun is when you're matched with a client you know nothing about in an industry you know nothing about selling services you know nothing about. Like, zero knowledge. It's a steep learning curve and that's what ultimately makes for a good barometer. Because, if I can get my team to a place where we can discuss the space with clarity and confidence, there's a good chance we'll reach our target audience with the same.
RXO brokers trucks and other freight vehicles so that companies can ship goods efficiently and drivers and can maximize their earnings. This was not a traditional brand voice client, but it required voice thinking and application as we built out a new marketing website with high-level, easy-to-access content.
